Withdrawals:

Please download the withdrawal form .

In order to withdraw funds or close an account . Please clearly complete all the required necessary information . The form must be signed and dated. Please submit via post or Fax or Scan the Signed form and make sure the Scanned form is very clear and your signature and all other information on the form are Clearly visible. Processing of withdrawal requests will generally take 2 to 5 business days to be completed.

Note:

Any request to transfer funds to a Third-Party will NOT be processed. In order to avoid any delays, Please review your information carefully before submittal. The Account holder is required to monitor account regularly, and ensure that available margin exists in the account prior to submitting their request, as such withdrawal may have an impact on existing open positions or trading strategy used. Withdrawal Transaction Fees charged by Banks


At JadeFX, We do not charge you any Fee to withdraw your Funds. We only charge what the bank is charging for that Bank Wire transfer

1. Withdrawal by Bank Wire Transfer

The Withdrawn Funds are transfered to your Personal Bank account. The Bank Charges US$ 40 for all Bank Wires.

2. Withdrawal by Cheque IS NOT Offered
